Peanut butter cut-out cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, cold
  • 100 g peanut butter without pieces
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 300 g flour
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

also suitable for using egg yolks!

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer (dough hook) until the dough begins to thicken. Continue kneading by hand (approx. 10-15 minutes) until a smooth dough forms. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Then roll it out and cut out as desired! Bake the cookies at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 10 minutes.
