Peanut Butter Marble Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate (dark chocolate), chopped, melted
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g almond(s), ground
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 100 g chocolate coating (semi-sweet), chopped
  • 100 g chocolate coating (whole milk), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with peanut butter, sugar, and salt. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour with the almonds and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Divide the batter into two portions. Stir the melted chocolate into one half. Pour the light-colored batter into a greased bundt pan, then pour the chocolate batter on top. Dripping a fork through the batter in a spiral pattern. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 60-70 minutes. Melt both types of chocolate coating and cover the cake with it.
