Peanut Chicken
The perfect peanut chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Chicken breasts
- 3 Chicken breasts
filling
- 2 tablespoon Peanut cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 3 Dried tomatoes in oil
sauce
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 1 Can Peanut cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli from the mill to your taste
Chicken breasts
- Thoroughly wash the chicken breasts, pat and pat them flat.

- Peel the onion and garlic, dice them and sauté them in the hot fat.
- Remove the peppers, dab off the oil from the tomatoes a little, cut into small pieces, add to the onion mixture and cook with them.
- Now season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, brush with the peanut cream and spread the filling on top.
- Roll up the chicken breasts, fix them with toothpicks and fry them in the sauce from the filling with a little oil on all sides.

- Pour in the vegetable stock and coconut milk and simmer for about 15 minutes, season with salt, pepper and a little chilli to your taste.
