Fiery Noodles

The perfect fiery noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 400 g Mini chilli sausages
  • Salt
  • 1 Handful Olives stuffed with garlic
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Thyme
  • Oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  2. Peel and dice the onions and fry them with the diced ham in the oil until translucent, clean and dice the peppers, cut the chilli peppers very finely and sauté with the ham and onions, add the pizza tomatoes and olives, season with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme Add the chilli sausages and let everything get nice and hot.
  3. Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on a plate, pour the chili tomato ragout over it, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve garnished with a basil leaf.
