Peanut chocolate cookies with orange flavor

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 75 g peanuts, chopped, roasted
  • ½ pack of orange flavor
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Mix the butter with the sugar and egg using a mixer. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Then gradually add to the butter mixture while stirring. Finally, add the chopped peanuts and the orange flavoring. The amount of cocoa and orange flavoring can vary according to taste. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form small balls with your hands, flatten them and place them on the sheet. Don’t place them too close together. This amount is enough for about 20 cookies, depending on the size. I made them quite small. The cookies need to bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. Don’t worry if they’re still soft after the specified baking time; the cookies will get harder once they cool.
