Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 75 g peanut butter
- 175 g brown sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 vanilla pods (scraped out)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 200 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 100 g peanuts, roasted, salted
Instructions

Cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and egg until creamy. Add the salt and vanilla seeds and mix well. Then stir in the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles, walnuts, and peanuts and knead with your hands until firm. Form several finger-thick rolls, cut into walnut-sized pieces, and shape into balls. Place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly. Preheat oven to 150°-170°C (convection oven) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Conventional oven to 180°-200°C (top/bottom heat) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
