Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 stalks of coriander
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp peanuts, roasted, unsalted

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the coriander, chili, and garlic. Mix the fish sauce with water, lime juice, and sugar. Stir in the coriander, chili, and garlic and let stand for 15 minutes. Chop the peanuts and stir in just before serving.
