Peanut Raisin Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150 g peanuts, halved
  • 150 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

best with a cup of cold milk

Cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then add the egg and mix in. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Finally, fold in the raisins and peanuts. Use a teaspoon to scoop out small heaps of the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flattening slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10-12 minutes per baking sheet until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. The cookies will keep for several weeks in a tin. This quantity makes about 30 cookies.
