Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low-carb barbecue sauce
Cooking time: 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients, mix, and bring to a boil briefly. Then pour into jars while still hot.
