Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- 3 small pears
- 110 g cranberries from the jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the pears and dice them into small cubes. Drain the cranberries. Cream the margarine and sugar together. Gradually beat in the eggs. Now add the pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and slowly fold in both. Add a little milk in between. Carefully fold in the pears and cranberries, preferably with a wooden spoon. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 55 minutes.
