Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g ginger, peeled
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 50 g orange juice
  • 500 g pear(s), peeled, in pieces
  • 500 g gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Chop the ginger on turbo speed, then add the remaining ingredients. Chop the pears to the desired consistency. If you want small pieces of pear, reverse is sufficient, as the pears will naturally break down into chunks during cooking. Heat to 100°C (212°F), then cook for another 4 minutes. Test for settling and pour into jars while still hot.
