Plum jam from the slow cooker

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 kg plum(s), pitted, chopped
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of clove(s)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 hours; Total time approx. 16 hours 30 minutes

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and let it steep for about 2 hours. Then set the slow cooker to low and cook for about 14 hours. At the end of the cooking time, puree and immediately pour into hot, sterilized jars.
