Pear and hazelnut dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 m.-large pear(s), fully ripe
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 45 g oat flakes
  • 45 g hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and core the pears, and slice them thinly. Stir in 3 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until the pears are evenly coated. Transfer everything to a shallow baking dish. For the topping, mix the oats, chopped hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons of sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon well and spread evenly over the pears. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, until the fruit is soft and the topping is crispy. Serve warm with yogurt or vanilla ice cream, if desired. Because this dessert is so delicious, the stated amount may only serve 4 people.
