fat-free and healthy

For the batter, mix the oats, sugar, and egg and add a splash of milk or water to create a sticky mixture. Divide the mixture among 12 muffin cups (silicone is best) and press down lightly. For the cream, mix the quark, egg, pudding powder, and agave syrup. Then fold in the peeled and chopped pear and fill the cups. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes, then leave them in the closed oven for about 5 minutes, then let them cool for another 5 minutes in the open oven before removing them to prevent them from collapsing. Makes 12 muffins.
