Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Add the dried yeast and a pinch of sugar to the lukewarm water. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the salt to the side of the bowl. Next, add the olive oil and the yeast-water mixture. First, mix everything on low speed with a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Once everything has formed a dough, increase the speed to higher. Finally, mix the dough again with your hands, then cover and let it rise for at least 30 minutes. Cut the chicken into strips and cook thoroughly in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Peel the roots, cut them into small pieces, and cook them in the boiling water for about 15 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean, floured surface and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the dough thinly with the tomato sauce, arrange the chicken and roots on top. Sprinkle with parsley and grate the cheese. Place the pizza in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
