Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 can/n pears (or soft apples)
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 200 g cream
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- some rum and cinnamon

Quickly knead the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry together, line a 26 cm springform pan, and form a high rim. Cover the base with the well-drained pears or apples. Mix the ingredients for the glaze thoroughly and pour the (very runny) mixture over the fruit. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 50-60 minutes. Important: Allow to cool in the pan.
