Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Healthy fruit for children’s birthdays, something for the eye, fruit decoration, decoration for the buffet

Peel the pear (you can leave the stem on to attach the cockscomb) and brush it with lemon to prevent brown spots. Place the pear on a plate. Cut off a little of the bottom for better stability. Now use a knife to carve a wing on each side. Brush these areas with lemon as well. Now cut a cockscomb, a beak, and two feet from the mango. Attach the cockscomb to the pear stem, attach the beak with a wooden skewer, and place the feet at the front of the body. Finally, use a knife to cut two small holes for the eyes and insert the chocolate decorations.
