Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets (preferably redfish), fried
- 500 g potatoes, cooked, chopped, possibly more
- 1,000 g beans, green (can), drained
- 2 onions, chopped
- lemon juice
- 250 ml cream
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Layer a greased casserole dish as follows: 1st layer: Half the potatoes. 2nd layer: Half the green beans. 3rd layer: Half the onions. 4th layer: The entire fish fillet, briefly seared on both sides. Then layer the remaining onions, beans, and potatoes on top. Drizzle with lemon juice and pour over the cream. Dot the last layer of potatoes with knobs of butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
