Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna, in water
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- ½ tbsp mustard
- ½ tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 small gherkins
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dukan Phase 1 suitable
Mix the yogurt, mustard, tomato paste, and vinegar to make the dressing. While draining the tuna, reserve 1 tablespoon and add it to the dish. Add the drained tuna. Chop the eggs (if you’re watching your cholesterol or general fat content, omit the egg yolks) and add them as well. Finely dice the onion and pickles and add them. If you’re already in Phase 2, you can also dice the tomatoes and cucumbers and add them as well. It’s also great as a spread on bread (outside of the Dukan Diet).
