Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g seafood
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 dl white wine
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
for white wine lovers
Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and sauté them. Add the seafood and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze with the white wine and simmer for at least 20 minutes. Season to taste and serve with spaghetti or other pasta.
