Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of pear(s)
- 500 g quark
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks, very fresh
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 100 g marzipan paste
- ¼ liter cream
- ⅛ liter pear juice
- 1 tsp Amaretto
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, instant
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the pears, reserving the juice. Set aside 125 ml of the juice. Puree the pear halves. Beat two egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Crumble the marzipan and stir in the custard powder. Mix the quark and juice. Stir in the remaining ingredients and the pear puree. Fold in the whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
