Pear rosettes with cream cheese à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small pears, ripe
  • 150 g double cream cheese
  • some milk
  • some grapes, blue, seedless, halved

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the pears, remove the cores, and cut the pears vertically into wafer-thin slices. Arrange them in a rosette shape on 4 dessert plates. Mix the cream cheese with a little milk, place it in the center of the pear slices, and serve garnished with grape halves.
