Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pear(s), ripe
- 100 ml yogurt or kefir
- 100 ml juice of your choice, e.g. mango juice
- 100 ml tea (fennel or anise-caraway)
- 2 tsp flaxseed meal
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quarter the pear and remove the cores, if you prefer. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If the tea is still very warm, the drink will have a pleasant morning start. I omitted the flaxseeds for my kids. It’s even healthier if you replace the juice with more tea.
