Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g pear(s) (Williams)
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 shot of sparkling wine
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the pears, add the remaining ingredients, and blend slightly. Bring to a boil, test for settling, and pour into jars.
