Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of pear(s)
- 1 package of feta cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- some oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the pears into wedges and arrange them in a shallow, sealable container. Crumble the feta and scatter over the top. Sprinkle with the garlic. Mix the oil, honey, and oregano and drizzle over the top. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator shortly before serving and shake well. Serve with white bread.
