Pear Wrapped in Puff Pastry

The perfect pear wrapped in puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Medium-Sized soft pears
  • 4 tbsp Nut and nougat cream sweet
  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg yolk
  1. Core and halve the pears. Set the stems aside for decoration. Brush the pear intersections with a soft nut – nougat – cream and put the fruits back together.
  1. Cut the puff pastry into thin strips and wrap them around the pears. Put the pear stem back on. Then brush the fruit with whisked egg yolk and place each in an UltraPro, 500 ml pot. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  1. Serve dusted with powdered sugar if you like. Tip: tastes lukewarm best!
