The perfect apple florets wrapped in puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 4 Apples red
  • 3 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Applesauce
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 shot Apple juice
  1. First, lay out the puff pastry and let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime, put the cane sugar in a saucepan and caramelize. Then add the applesauce and a dash of apple juice. Then cut the apples in half, core and thinly slice. Then place the apple slices in boiled lemon water so that they become pliable.
  2. Then cut six equally sized pieces from the puff pastry and brush them with the cane sugar mixture. Let the apple slices protrude over the edge of the dough, close the dough and roll it up into a rose. Put the whole thing on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
