Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pear(s)
- ½ cup cream
- 50 g dark chocolate
- possibly pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for the steamer
Peel the pear, halve it, and remove the core. Place the halves in a perforated steamer. Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a bowl with the cream. Place both in the steamer (universal setting) at 100°C for about 7 minutes. Remove the pear halves and place one half on each plate. Stir the sauce until it turns dark and the chocolate is evenly distributed. Pour over the pears and serve, garnished with chopped pistachios, if desired.
