Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the pears and grate them not too finely. Combine the sour cream with the yogurt, season with sugar and lemon juice, and mix with the grated pears. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle over the mixture.
