Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped, 450 g
- 1 bunch of basil
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 12 shrimp tails (ready to cook, without shell)
- Salt and pepper, from the mill.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Chop the herbs. Chop the garlic. Mix the tomatoes with tomato paste, the herbs from the cornstarch, and salt and pepper. Sauté the chopped onions in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the peas and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the tomato and herb mixture and cook gently for 3 minutes. Fry the shrimp in the remaining olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the peas.
