Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 90 g sugar, brown
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 150 g flour
- 2 tbsp coffee, very strong brewed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 g nuts, pecans or other nuts
- 50 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes about 40 cookies
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream the butter until creamy. Add the sugar and stir until smooth. Then add the egg, coffee, and cinnamon. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, pecans, and dark chocolate. Mix everything thoroughly with the butter and egg mixture. Use a teaspoon to place small heaps of the dough on the baking sheets, spaced 5 cm apart, and bake on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes.
