Puff pastry casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 300 g turkey breast or chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 tbsp mustard, optionalmore
  • Fondor
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick to make and very tasty!

First, season the minced meat well with the spices listed. Don’t skimp on the curry! Next, brown the meat in a little oil in a pan. Then add the onions and fry them for a while. Now add the peeled tomatoes with a little tomato juice (not all of the juice!) and then a dash of cream. Season to taste with salt, mustard, and Fondor. Add a little more tomato juice, if desired. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius. Place a layer of puff pastry in the bottom of the baking dish, spread the meat and sauce on top, and add another layer of puff pastry on top for the final touch. After about 15 minutes, when the puff pastry is light brown, remove the casserole from the oven.
