Pecan Cookies
The perfect pecan cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Soft butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- Juice of one orange
- 80 g Pecans
- The recipe is enough for about 50 small cookies.
- Mix the butter and honey with the mixer until frothy. Then sift in the powdered sugar and stir again.
- Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and add. Knead the mass with your hands.
- Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the dough.
- I put the pecans in a freezer bag and “worked on” them with a rolling pin. If you want, you can do this very nicely. I like the pieces a little bigger. The nuts now also come to the mass. And knead everything again.
- Now the dough is wrapped in foil and placed in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Then form small balls and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C with top and bottom heat for about 10-15 minutes.
