Pecan Cookies

  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Juice of one orange
  • 80 g Pecans
  1. The recipe is enough for about 50 small cookies.
  1. Mix the butter and honey with the mixer until frothy. Then sift in the powdered sugar and stir again.
  1. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and add. Knead the mass with your hands.
  1. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the dough.
