Peeled Ribs with Sauce!
The perfect peeled ribs with sauce! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Cured ribs / peeled ribs
- 1,5 Pc. Chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 Glass / 4 liter Vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Pc. Bay leaves
- Fry the ribs in clarified butter, take them out of the pan again.
- Fry the onion, add the tomato paste. Deglaze with vegetable stock (own production). Add bay leaves to the sauce.
- Put the ribs back in, season. Let cook for about 1.5 hours, if necessary thicken the sauce a little.
- Pasta or potatoes go wonderfully with it.
