For all Hunger Games fans, here is my recipe for Peeta’s cheese sandwich
First, mix the yeast and warm water together. Meanwhile, chop the garlic. After a few minutes, add the sugar, garlic, melted butter, and olive oil. I use a food processor to mix the ingredients, but a mixer works just fine. Gradually add the flour while mixing. Finally, add the salt. Once all the ingredients are well blended, knead the dough for another 10 minutes. Either with a food processor or by hand. Then place the dough in a bowl with a little flour, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place (I always put it under the radiator) for half an hour. While the dough is rising, cut the mozzarella into 20 small pieces. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Divide the dough into about 20 small portions and work a piece of mozzarella into the center of each. Place the cheese rolls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the grated cheese. For a richer flavor, you can sprinkle the rolls with some fresh Parmesan cheese. Bake at 190°C for about 12-15 minutes. I also melt some butter and add frozen herbs to brush the rolls after baking (they don’t need to be cooled for this).
