Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 250 g leaf spinach
- 60 g Gorgonzola
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 250g penne
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with leaf spinach
Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add cream, spinach, Gorgonzola, and broth. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cooked penne to the sauce and stir to combine.
