Penne with chanterelles and broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g penne
  • 1 pack of ham or bacon, diced
  • 1 pkt. Mushroom-flavored processed cheese
  • 1 bowl of chanterelles, fresh
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp sauce thickener
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve. Trim the chanterelles and cut the broccoli into small florets. Brown the ham cubes in a hot pan. Add the chanterelles. After about 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets and sauté. Now add the milk and the processed cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and vegetable stock. Serve the pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and serve immediately. Tip: Add 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche.
