Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 90 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Mix the flour, yeast, and sugar. Mix the milk and cream and heat until lukewarm. Add the milk-cream mixture and the egg to the flour mixture and form a dough. Mix in the salt and knead the dough until it pulls away from the bowl. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 90 minutes. Then knead the dough lightly again and divide into 4 pieces. Let rise for another 20 minutes. Roll out the dough pieces to the width of a loaf pan and then roll them up. Place the rolls one behind the other in a greased loaf pan and let rise for another 90 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.
