  • 350 g pasta (penne)
  • 4 sausages (chorizo)
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 500 ml tomato sauce (from the jar)

Spanish-Italian fusion

Roughly chop the chorizo ​​and fry it in a little oil in a large frying pan or wok. Line a bowl with kitchen paper, add the cooked sausage slices, and let the paper absorb the fat. Sauté the chopped garlic and add the tomato sauce. Season well, keeping in mind that the sausages are spicy and salty. Meanwhile, cook the penne until al dente and drain. Add the sausages to the sauce along with the pasta, mix well, and serve immediately.
