Pepper and kiwi salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large bell pepper(s), yellow, approx. 240 g
  • 2 kiwis
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some pepper
  • some salt
  • 1 pinch of locust bean gum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the bell peppers and kiwis into sticks, place them in a bowl, and mix. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with honey and spices. Stir in the locust bean gum. Pour the sauce over the salad and stir again.
