  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the broccoli and boil it in water. Cook the pasta in the same way. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and sauté it briefly with the sliced ​​bell peppers. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the sour cream. Add the cooked broccoli (it can still be a little firm) and simmer briefly. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir in the crumbled feta cheese. Mix the cooked mixture with the pasta and sprinkle with the Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
