Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, trim, and quarter the peppers. Slice them thinly on a vegetable peeler. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the peppers.
