Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar oil
- 1 jar yogurt
- 1 jar sugar
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 2 jars of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 jar cocoa powder, unsweetened
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
1 glass corresponds to 250 ml
1 jar equals 250 ml. First, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Meanwhile, add all ingredients except the cocoa to a bowl in the order shown and mix well with a whisk. After stirring, take about 1/4 of the mixture and stir in the cocoa. Pour the light mixture into a baking dish and smooth it out. Spread the cocoa mixture on top. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the cake for 20 minutes.
