Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g peppercorns, black
  • 25 g peppercorns, white
  • 25 g peppercorns, green
  • 25 g peppercorns, pink

Instructions

Weigh out 25 grams of each of the specified peppercorns and place them in a small bowl. Once all four peppercorn varieties are in the bowl, mix the seeds thoroughly with a spoon. Pour the finished mixture into a dark glass jar and store in a dry place. I like this pepper blend best because it always comes in the same proportions, unlike the store-bought version with its varying proportions. Tip: If you like, you can also add coriander seeds or dried and crushed peels of organic oranges or lemons. This creates your own orange or lemon peppercorn blend.
