  • 1 bell pepper(s), red

  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 52 minutes

A recipe for two

Defrost the frozen spinach in a suitable bowl in the microwave at 800 watts for 2.5 minutes and set aside. Brush a baking sheet with oil. Place the dough on the baking sheet, spread the spinach on top, and add a little salt. Deseed and slice the peppers, then place them on top of the spinach. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and arrange them over the peppers. Dice the salami and sprinkle over the pizza. Mix the paprika with the oil in a small bowl and brush the marinade onto the pizza ingredients. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Divide the finished pizza, arrange on two plates, garnish, and serve. It’s simple, but very tasty and filling.
