Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ large bell pepper(s), preferably red or yellow
  • possibly cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Herbs, e.g. chives, parsley, basil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, e.g. Altmeister
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • possibly garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, wash the bell peppers thoroughly and then cut them into medium-sized cubes (you can also add a few small cherry tomatoes if desired). Next, peel the onion and dice it into small cubes; you can also use a clove of garlic. Then, combine everything in a salad bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs. Then, add the vinegar and oil, mix everything together, and season to taste.
