spicy, quick soup from Nigeria

In a large pot, bring the chicken wings, diced onions, habanero peppers, stock cubes, and seasonings to a boil with the water. Use enough water to cover more than half of the chicken pieces. Cover the pot. After it has simmered for 1-2 minutes, reduce the heat to medium, stirring occasionally, until the wings or drumsticks are tender. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Season the soup with salt. It’s really quite spicy, but very tasty.
