  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 slices of cheese (sliced ​​cheese) of your choice

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toast the bread slices and spread with herb butter. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the toast. Cut the top off the bell pepper, remove the core, and slice into thin rings. Place on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Top with the cheese slices and bake in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes.
