Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g chocolate (dark), chopped
- ½ tsp orange peel, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper, coarsely crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the pudding mix with the sugar and 100 ml of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Stir in the mixed pudding mix, dark chocolate, orange zest, and red peppercorns, and cook for 1 minute. Pour the pudding into 4 prepared 150 ml molds and cover directly with cling film. Refrigerate for about 4 hours. Serve with vanilla sauce.
