Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • Condensed milk
  • ½ liter of milk
  • Vanilla sugar and sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Cranberry compote

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the quark with a little condensed milk until frothy. Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla sugar and sugar (to taste). Stir in the cornstarch, add while stirring, and let cool. Combine the quark with the mixture, whisk, and fill a bowl alternately with the Flammeri and the cranberry compote.
